JANUARY 19, 20112 – Thursday
4:15PM – Depart from Sears parking lot (corner Stevens Creek Blvd and Wolfe Road) by Royal Coach (408 279-4801) private bus to San Francisco International Airport.
7:00pm – Depart SFO on AIR NEW ZEALAND AIRLINES flight #7 (Dinner and breakfast)
Cross the International Date Line and lose a day.

JANUARY 21, 2011 – Saturday
5:00am – Arrive AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND where you will meet a representative of Southern Crossings Tours and taken on a city sightseeing tour enroute to your hotel. The tour includes admission to Kelly Tarlton’s Underwater World before arriving at our hotel:

JANUARY 22, 2012 – Sunday
Breakfast at hotel.
Transfer to Fuller’s Ferry from Auckland to Waiheke. Enjoy wine tasting at 3 local vinyards and 1 wine tasting followed by lunch at another vineyard. After lunch ferry back to Auckland.
Afternoon is free. (Breakfast, lunch)

JANUARY 23, 2012 – Monday
Breakfast at Hotel.
Late morning transfer to the Pier to board the DIAMOND PRINCESS.
6:00pm – Diamond Princess sails away.

JANUARY 24, 2012 – Tuesday
5:30am arrive TAURANGA
9:00am depart for ROTORUA. Visit the Agrodome to see some sheep shearing. Visit TePuia with a midday concert followed by lunch at the Skyline Restaurant. 2:30pm return to ship.
Ship sails at 4:30pm. Captains cocktail party this evening.

JANUARY 25, 2012 – Wednesday
Full day at Sea
6:30pm – 7:30pm – Join PAT and DINO COPPE in the WHEELHOUSE BAR for an open bar cocktail party with or’ derves, hors d’uvres (snacks, hot and cold).

JANUARY 26, 2012 - Thursday
8:00am Arrive CHRISTCHURCH
You can discover the charming city of Christchurch on your own. No group shore excursion has been arranged – You may want to book a Princess excursion.
6:00pm Sail away

JANUARY 27, 2012 - Friday
8:00am Arrive DUNEDIN
9:00am depart on a Brewery and pub tour. Visit Speights Brewerey for a beer tasting the visit 3 pubs with a lunch stop. Return to ship by 3:00m
6:00pm Ship sails away – meet at Pat and Dino’s suite for more beer.

JANUARY 28, 2012 – Saturday
9:00am to 7:00pm - Cruise Fiordland National Park for the most scenic part of your cruise.

JANUARY 29 and 30, 2011 Sunday and Monday
Two full days at sea to enjoy all of the amenities that the Diamond Princess can offer Plus whatever is in Pat and Dino’s suite.

JANUARY 31, 2012 – Tuesday
8:00am Arrive HOBART, TASMANIA
9:00am Drive to Port Arthur for an overview of the early Australian settlement. You will have a guided tour of Port Arthur and access to restored buildings and ruins. Lunch at a local restaurant at Stewarts Bay is included – beverages additional. A visit to Tasman National Park before returning to your ship.
Sail away at 6:00pm

FEBRUARY 1, 2012 – Wednesday
Full day at sea. From time to time check out Pat and Dino’s suite. Don’t want to miss anything.

FEBRUARY 2, 2012 – Thursday
7:00am Arrive MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA
9:00am Drive to Yarra Valley to visit the beautiful Sherbrooke Forest, home to lyrebird, crimson rosellas, cockatoos and kookaburras, the native bird of Australia. Ride the restored Puffing Billy Steam Train for a memorable journey to the verdant hills and prosperous vineyards
For a lunch at Rochford Winery with local wines. Return to ship after lunch.

FEBRUARY 3, 2012 – Friday
Full day at Sea, Enjoy

FEBRUARY 4, 2012 – Saturday
7:00am Arrive SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA
9:00am – Disembark the DIAMOND PRINCESS and meet your Southern Crossings tour guide who will take us on a city sights tour, visiting one of the world famous beaches, Bondi Beach. Travel through the charming, historic Rocks precinct with its old cottages and pubs. Continue toWatson’s Bay and South Heads with its breathtaking views of Sydney Harbor and the City.

10:30am Arrive San Francisco where you will be met and taken to the Sears Parking Lot.
